tub drain was very slow...no answer to bell ring at front dest, door locked to office at 7:15 AM upon departure...left door key in room...

I went there for a funeral and I used Booked.net to find a room. My brother called in person and it was 20.00 higher. I used Booking .com to make my reservations and my brother did not. Because we were only staying due to a funeral, they matched my price for my brother and his family. They also had a continental breakfast and told us to take our time checking out. Nice people.
they took a photocopy of my driver's license. they wanted to take a picture of my brother's, but I told them NO as he paid cash. Very odd. Do not like giving my driver's license out to make a photocopy.

This is a motel that offers very good value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are very proud of the work they have done to improve it over the last year. If there is anything you want changed they will fix it for you. The staff makes you feel very welcome, and contributes greatly to your enjoyment of your stay here.
The new owners could (of course) not afford to completely overhaul the entire motel, so they have started changing the most necessary things first. Some less important things like the outdated (but clean!) bathroom fittings have yet to be dealt with, but I'm confident they will take care of this as well.

This is a very nice motel for a small town. We found the room spotless and cleaned every day. We stayed five days and would do would stay again if we needed too. The owners were very nice and if we needed extra towels we got them. If you need a motel in this area, look no farther this is it.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

Price was good. The room was quiet, large, clean and comfortable. Cheaper than staying in Utica or off thurway points west of Utica.
The desk person never stopped talking on the cell phone while I was checking in and out.
